The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards, HRSA guidelines, and regulations.
Deliver direct care across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive services, and women’s health.Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate referrals.Participate in quality improvement, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and document accurately using EMR systems.Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to privacy laws.Work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for supervision, on-call duties, and travel between sites.Qualifications include MD/DO, residency completion, board certification, licensure, and experience in primary care or underserved communities.
