Family Medicine Physician

We are hiring immediately for a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting.

Offer care across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive services, and women’s health.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, coordinate referrals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Document accurately in EMR, prescribe medications, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Supervise clinical staff, participate in on-call and extended hours, and support organizational standards.

Qualifications include: MD or DO with residency in Family Medicine, active license, board certification or eligibility, and preferred outpatient/underserved community experience.
