Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and minor procedures.
Responsibilities include performing physical exams, managing chronic conditions, educating patients, coordinating care, and offering pediatric and prenatal/postnatal services as needed.
Must have Illinois Medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, and MD or DO degree.
Requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
