Family Medicine Physician

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and minor procedures.

Perform assessments, manage chronic conditions, and conduct physicals and immunizations.

Coordinate care with specialists and maintain detailed records.

Educate patients on health and lifestyle.

Provide pediatric and prenatal/postnatal care as needed.

Qualifications include an Illinois medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, and MD or DO degree.
The role involves light physical activity, with work hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
