We seek a Family Medicine Physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.
Perform assessments, diagnose, treat acute/chronic illnesses, and conduct preventive care. Manage chronic conditions, perform minor procedures, and offer counseling on healthy lifestyles. Coordinate care with specialists, maintain detailed medical records, and provide pediatric and prenatal/postnatal care as needed. Requirements include Illinois medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, and MD or DO degree. Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with clinical and scholarly time, in a full-time role.
