Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and minor procedures.
Responsibilities include performing assessments, managing chronic conditions, counseling patients, coordinating specialist care, and offering pediatric and OB services where applicable.
Qualifications: MD or DO with Illinois medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, strong communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with 3-4 clinical half-days weekly. Full-time role offers a competitive salary ($225,000–$295,000) and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
