Provide primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.Perform physical exams, order tests, prescribe medications, and conduct in-office procedures.Educate patients on disease prevention and health management.Participate in utilization review and infection control activities.Share after-hours call responsibilities on a rotating basis.Qualifications include board certification in Family Medicine, valid medical license, DEA license, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication.
