Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, holistic primary care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and minor procedures.
Responsibilities include performing physicals, managing chronic conditions, offering counseling, and coordinating care with specialists.
Must have extensive family medicine knowledge, strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and organizational abilities. Requires MD/DO, Illinois license or eligibility, and board certification or eligibility.
