We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, holistic care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and minor procedures.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing chronic conditions, performing in-office procedures, and coordinating care with specialists. The role requires strong patient communication, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skills.
Qualifications include Illinois medical licensure or eligibility, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and an MD or DO degree.
