We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, holistic primary care for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, conducting minor procedures, and offering patient education.
Qualifications include an Illinois Medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and MD or DO degree.
Skills needed are strong communication, cultural sensitivity, organizational abilities, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
