Position: Facility Float Pool LPN responsible for providing patient care under supervision, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality and confidentiality.
Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights, and uphold professional standards in line with organizational values and service standards.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, Missouri LPN license, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience, including recent experience. Certifications in BLS and LPN-IV are required or must be obtained shortly after hire. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks is necessary.
