Provide immediate diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization for acute illnesses and injuries. Perform assessments, order tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document medical information accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families. Stay current with emergency medicine protocols and participate in quality improvement. Qualifications: MD or DO, unrestricted license, board certification, ACLS/PALS/ATLS, and minimum three years post-residency experience.
