ER Physician — Competitive Pay with Performance Bonuses

We are seeking experienced ER Physicians to join our team on a 1099 contract basis, offering competitive pay starting at $200/hour with performance bonuses and a $5,000/month Medical Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate diagnosis and treatment for acute illnesses and injuries

Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests

Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

Collaborate with healthcare team members and stabilize emergency cases

Document patient information accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families

Stay updated on emergency medicine protocols and participate in quality initiatives

Qualifications:

MD or DO with unrestricted license, board certified

Minimum three years’ emergency medicine experience

ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (unless ABEM)
