Role: Custodial Services EVS Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily environmental and custodial operations in a dynamic facilities setting.
- Oversee cleaning programs, uphold quality standards, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a sanitary and welcoming environment.
- Supervise and schedule frontline staff, conduct inspections, and manage supplies and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Train staff on safety and infection-control procedures, fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Support operational growth initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards.
