Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Active RN licensure.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities; ability to work safely and effectively in a healthcare environment.
