PRN Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a healthcare facility.
Key Duties
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies
- Administer medications and execute physician orders
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interprofessional team
- Document care accurately and maintain complete, timely records
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to support understanding and safety
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Tennessee or compact RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Emergency department experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment, and critical thinking
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with clear communication
- Ability to work effectively in urgent, high-acuity settings
