Qualifications & skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with strong emergency/acute care experience.
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage rapidly changing patient needs.
- Proficient medication administration and clinical assessment skills.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient education abilities.
- Competency with technology and EHR documentation.
