Role: Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center emergency department.
Key Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards.
- Continuously monitor patient status and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support trauma care and coordinated treatment.
- Educate patients and families on care needs, treatments, and discharge guidance.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research efforts.

- Proficiency in medication administration, treatment delivery, and patient monitoring.
