Emergency Room Staff RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform rapid triage, focused assessments, and evidence-based interventions for diverse, high-acuity patients
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Assist with codes and trauma care
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient changes
- Document clinical care accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient, compassionate emergency care
