Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license required.
- No prior experience necessary, but 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
