Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in an Emergency Department setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses will develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, communicate effectively across care teams, and assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
