Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Emergency Room

Key Duties
- Coordinate patient flow and support triage, procedures, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Monitor quality and patient safety; review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and care continuity.
- Mentor and support nursing staff; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure adherence to policies and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Clinical nursing leadership experience in an emergency or acute-care setting.
- Strong judgment, patient-centered communication, and ability to de-escalate urgent situations.
- Proficiency with clinical documentation, quality/safety monitoring, and evidence-based practice.
- Effective collaboration across disciplines and commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
