This position offers schedule stability with 12-hour shifts (days or nights) and 10-12 shifts per month, providing predictable block scheduling. Compensation is $270/hr for day shifts and $290/hr for night shifts, with up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly (based on experience).
