Seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician for a high-impact, rewarding role in Waukegan, IL.
Position Details:
- 12-hour shifts (day or night) with predictable scheduling, averaging 10-12 shifts/month
- Compensation of $270/hr (day) and $290/hr (night)
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly, based on experience
- 1099 independent contractor with reliable hours and malpractice insurance (with tail)
- Supportive team environment and onsite leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
- Active Illinois medical license or eligibility
- Experience with high-acuity cases and procedures
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Work Location:
In person at a hospital with easy access from Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
