Role: EMT delivering high-quality, compassionate emergency care and safe patient transport.
Key Duties:
- Assess patients’ conditions and determine appropriate actions for transport.
- Provide BLS-level interventions and basic treatments according to established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by protocol.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with nurses and physicians to support continuity of care.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain required records.
- Inspect, maintain, and restock EMS equipment to ensure readiness.
- Follow strict safety, infection-control, and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid EMT certification and ability to provide BLS-level care.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment in emergency settings.
- Effective communication and teamwork with healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and equipment upkeep.
