Role: Provide patient-centered nursing care in the emergency department.
- Assess patient needs and pain; prioritize care based on patient condition.
- Perform provider-ordered procedures and ongoing monitoring.
- Document nursing care accurately and completely.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-up instructions.
Qualifications:
- Active RN credential.
- At least one year of RN experience.
