Role Summary
Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients in an Emergency Trauma Center. Evaluate and monitor care delivered by other direct caregivers while ensuring patient rights are protected and confidentiality is maintained.
Key Duties
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Coordinate and oversee nursing care for assigned patients.
- Evaluate the quality of care provided by other direct caregivers.
- Maintain patient privacy and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Protect patient rights throughout the care process.
- Collaborate with an emergency care team to manage a wide range of patient conditions, from minor illnesses to life-threatening injuries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical nursing judgment and assessment skills in emergency/trauma settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of patient rights, confidentiality, and professional nursing standards.
- Ability to evaluate care delivery and coordinate patient-focused outcomes.
