Key responsibilities:
- Perform rapid patient assessment and triage
- Provide stabilization and manage acute needs
- Administer medications and deliver wound care
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate treatment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
Qualifications & skills:
- Experience as an Emergency Department nurse
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Competence in emergency interventions, medication administration, and wound care
- Excellent communication and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care environment
