Registered Nurse – Emergency Department
Provide critical, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency setting for diverse patient populations. Perform rapid assessments and triage, deliver evidence-based interventions, and stabilize patients in coordination with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
Key duties include:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and determine appropriate triage and interventions
- Administer and manage medications and establish/maintain IV therapy
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure timely stabilization
- Maintain accurate, complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Deliver patient-centered care aligned with integrity, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity
Qualifications/skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to act quickly in urgent situations
- Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and safe medication/IV management
- Commitment to patient advocacy and continuous professional growth
