Dually Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)/ Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

We are seeking a full-time, dual-licensed Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center.


  • Provide mental health and substance use disorder services within a primary care setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to support comprehensive, whole-person care.
  • Serve underserved and diverse populations in a mission-driven environment dedicated to community wellness.

  • Qualifications include a Montana LAC and LCPC license, with at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience and a minimum of 2 years in clinical assessments and treatment preferred.


    This grant-funded position offers a salary of $60,000-$70,000 annually, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 403(b) matching, paid time off, and employee assistance programs. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Hamilton, MT, prior to starting.
