Dually Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)/ Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

We are seeking a dual-licensed Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center.

  • Provide mental health and substance use disorder services in a primary care setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to support comprehensive, whole-person care.
  • Serve underserved and diverse populations in a mission-driven environment, contributing to community wellness.


  • Qualifications: Licensed in Montana as LCPC and LAC, with a minimum of 2 years’ clinical assessment and treatment experience preferred. At least 1 year of addiction counseling experience required.

    This full-time, grant-funded position offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually, along with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 403(b) matching, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.

    Requirements: Ability to work in Hamilton, MT, with relocation if necessary, as the role is in person.
