Role Overview
We are seeking a home medical equipment field technician responsible for delivering, setting up, repairing, and removing durable home medical equipment. They will conduct patient and home assessments, provide training on infusion supplies, and ensure proper inventory management and vehicle safety. The technician will assist with warehouse maintenance, cycle counts, and equipment reallocation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, set up, repair, and retrieve home medical equipment
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety
- Provide patient education and documentation
- Assist in warehouse operations and inventory management
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred 2-5 years)
- Valid Class E Driver’s License in MO and automobile liability insurance
- Ability to perform patient and home assessments
Key Attributes: strong customer service, safety awareness, and technical skills. On-call availability may be required.
