Role Overview: This position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a consulting environment, focusing on technology-enabled strategies for payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, sell, and deliver healthcare strategy and transformation services.
- Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
- Provide expert knowledge of payer, provider, or PBM operations as a subject matter professional.
- Support business development through relationship building and proposal efforts.
- Manage project performance, budgets, and issue resolution to ensure quality delivery.
- Contribute to thought leadership and service offering development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience leading large healthcare transformation projects, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and regulatory issues.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
