Role Overview: A senior leadership position overseeing healthcare strategy and transformation initiatives within a payer modernization organization. The role involves developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled healthcare solutions, managing high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics, and demonstrating deep expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of healthcare transformation services
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality delivery and performance
- Leverage industry knowledge to act as a subject matter expert on healthcare operations
- Build client relationships, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership
- Oversee project management, including budgets and issue resolution
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation projects with stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
