Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility serving adults with serious mental illness.
Lead and manage the Social Services Department, overseeing clinical and administrative functions, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and liaise with hospitals and community resources to ensure continuum of care.
Develop policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor departmental standards.
Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain related budgets, participate in strategic planning, and support facility operations.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, California LCSW/MFCC license, supervisory experience, and knowledge of mental health systems. Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified.
Full-time role with a $92,816-$115,000 salary, benefits, and schedule Monday–Friday days. Located in Placerville, CA. Equal opportunity employer. Ability to commute locally is required.
