We are seeking a *Direct Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)* who values personalized, relationship-based medicine over rushed visits and insurance hassles.
Our innovative, membership-based model emphasizes quality care, accessibility, and collaboration, allowing providers to focus on patient relationships without volume or billing pressures.
**Schedule:**
• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Flexible, full-time or part-time options
• Primarily clinic-based with virtual support
• No on-call or after-hours responsibilities
**Responsibilities:**
• Provide comprehensive primary care and build long-term patient relationships
• Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic care without time constraints
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to care model growth
**Qualifications:**
• MD or DO licensed in Missouri
• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• Dedicated to patient-centered care, with strong communication skills
• Professional and team-oriented
**Compensation & Benefits:**
• $125,000–$250,000 annually
