Seeking a *Direct Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)* committed to personalized, relationship-based medicine without the rush of traditional visits.
Our approach emphasizes accessible, high-quality care through a membership model, eliminating insurance barriers and maximizing provider-patient relationships.
**Schedule:**
• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Flexible, full- or part-time options
• Primarily clinic-based with virtual support
• No on-call or after-hours duties
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver comprehensive primary care in a relationship-focused setting
• Build long-term patient panels
• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care without time pressure
• Collaborate with a supportive team
• Contribute to innovative care model growth
**Qualifications:**
• MD/DO licensed in Missouri
• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional and approachable
**Compensation & Benefits:**
• $125,000–$250,000+ annually
