Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality dialysis care by working closely with patients and supporting a multidisciplinary team under supervision.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments before and after treatments, monitor during procedures, and document care. Administer medications per physician orders and review patient medication profiles monthly. Collaborate with team members to ensure appropriate care planning and staffing compliance. Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and legal regulations, participating in meetings and continuing education.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current nursing license in the relevant state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis care.
