Job Summary
Performs standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating equipment and maintaining related records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts radiological procedures using proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
- Operates all equipment within the modality proficiently.
- Sets up and adjusts immobilization and radiation protective devices.
- Analyzes patient body size, physical condition, and suspected pathology to tailor examinations.
- Assists physicians with various procedures.
- Reports equipment malfunctions and requests adjustments or repairs.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation.
- Participates in quality assurance and control procedures.
- Contributes to the educational training of students.

Qualifications: Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology is required.
