Role Overview: Responsible for performing standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining related records.
Key Duties:
- Perform radiological and fluoroscopic procedures with proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
- Operate all equipment within the modality effectively.
- Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective devices.
- Analyze patient body size, condition, and suspected pathology to ensure accurate examinations.
- Assist physicians during various procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain detailed records and participate in quality assurance and control activities.
- Contribute to educational training of students.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology. Ability to work in a clinical environment, comply with policies, and collaborate effectively. Knowledge of equipment operation and patient care is essential.
