We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to support a busy OB-GYN service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality OB and gynecologic sonographic exams, including first trimester, anatomy, growth, and gynecologic studies, adhering to AIUM and departmental protocols.
- Optimizing images and recognizing urgent or abnormal findings.
- Communicating effectively with perinatologists, obstetricians, and nurses.
- Ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR and maintaining ultrasound equipment.
- Supporting learners within a teaching environment.
- Providing compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse population.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in performing OB and gynecologic ultrasound exams.
- Knowledge of AIUM standards and departmental protocols.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to recognize abnormal findings and support clinical teams.
