Role Overview: This position involves driving the development of new technologies and mass production processes by market sensing and concept development, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of high-level CAD drawings using 2D/3D layouts, simulations, and standards for prototypes, engineering estimates, and mass production.
- Guide project teams to meet development targets, coordinate resources, communicate progress, and ensure milestone achievement.
- Manage bill of materials to track impacts of new features and maintain cost targets through analysis and supplier negotiations.
- Innovate product features and improve manufacturing efficiency independently to enhance competitiveness.
- Support quality and value assurance initiatives, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions proactively.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 8 years of engineering experience, preferably in Powersports or Power Equipment, and proven project leadership skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily desk-based with occasional travel, including possible overseas visits. Must adhere to safety policies and conduct professionally at all times.
