Design Engineer, Powersports

Role Overview: Responsible for developing prototypes of ATV/SxS vehicles, researching new technologies, and ensuring global vehicle quality to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Design component and system layouts using CAD software, communicate specifications through drawings, and maintain accurate documentation. Optimize designs to meet cost targets, manage work schedules, and coordinate resources. Contribute to technological innovation by generating ideas and supporting development processes. Address market quality issues through root cause analysis and develop relevant specifications.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; experience in automotive or powersports preferred. Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality, and technical skills including FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, and CAD techniques. Ability to plan, prioritize, and understand product development timelines.

Working Conditions: Occasional travel, primarily desk work with some physical activity, and exposure to typical office/shop hazards. Overtime may be required. Adheres to safety and company policies.
