Role Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a team dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to underserved communities. The position involves delivering dental services to a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults, utilizing advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Responsibilities include patient care, participating in team activities like morning huddles, and promoting a positive community image. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach, especially with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing dental treatments supported by a skilled team
- Engaging in community activities and team meetings
- Utilizing digital tools and maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Valid dental license for relevant states or eligible for licensure
- CPR, DEA, and other required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable)
- Compassionate with a strong desire to serve children and adults
