Role: Associate Dentist responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, with support from a skilled team using advanced digital and traditional dental equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental services in a compassionate environment.
- Participate in team activities, morning huddles, and promote a positive community image.
- Work with a team including hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Utilize practice software and digital tools such as x-ray units and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid dental license.
- CPR, DEA, and other required certifications; nitrous oxide certification preferred in specific states.
- Passion for caring for both children and adults, with teamwork and mutual respect emphasized.
