Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to diverse patients, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include delivering clinical treatments, supporting community engagement, participating in team huddles, and fostering positive patient experiences.
Key Duties:
- Provide comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Assist in promoting a positive community image through outreach and activities.
- Collaborate with a skilled team, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
- Utilize DentaPro software for patient management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery/Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS/DMD) from an accredited program.
- Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in relevant states.
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where required).
- Strong desire to serve children and adults with compassion.
