Responsible for delivering preventive and periodontal dental care to patients, including chairside services that support overall oral health.
Key duties:
- Provide preventive and periodontal dental treatments
- Document patient medical histories and treatment details
- Maintain secure, accurate patient records
- Assist licensed dentists during procedures
- Administer local anesthetics when permitted by applicable state law
Qualifications & requirements:
- Accredited dental hygiene degree or certificate
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates
