We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team, providing exceptional patient care with full clinical autonomy and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- Delivering preventative care and maintaining patients’ dental health
- Utilizing digital tools such as digital x-rays, scanners, and electronic medical records
- Participating in mentorship programs and continuing education to enhance clinical skills
- Providing education and fostering a positive patient experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current dental hygienist license in Nebraska and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
- Knowledge of dentistry procedures, patient screening, and documentation
- CPR certification
- Experience with digital tools and a desire for professional growth (preferred)
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds
- Availability for periodic training sessions
- Completion of TB test prior to employment, where applicable
