Role Overview:
Seeking a PRN CT Technologist for Evening & Night Shifts on a flexible schedule, working at least 20 hours every 6 weeks. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures with advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, and interventional techniques on both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring quality control and patient safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Performing studies independently, including on-call, portable, and various site exams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT.
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois), ARRT, CT, MR, or equivalent.
- Preferred certifications: CPR, Intravenous Therapy.
Key Attributes:
Experience in radiology, medical imaging, or related fields is advantageous. Ability to work independently and handle advanced imaging modalities is essential.
