Role Overview:
Seeking a CT Technologist (PRN) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a full-service radiology department. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, including on-call and portable exams, and ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced imaging modalities such as CT, ensuring proper patient setup and safety.
- Respond promptly to service requests from patients and physicians, delivering quick results.
- Maintain quality control and adhere to safety protocols during procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Trade School education; no prior experience required, but preferred qualifications include 2+ years in the field.
- Licenses and certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, and others; CPR and IV Therapy certifications are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, technical competency, and ability to work independently.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities, ability to prepare patients and operate imaging equipment effectively.
